Job Description of Engineer Manager OEM The Engineer Manager OEM is responsible for managing the engineering team responsible for the design, development, and implementation of OEM products. The Engineer Manager OEM will be responsible for leading the team in the development of new products, ensuring that the products meet customer requirements and are delivered on time and within budget. The Engineer Manager OEM will also be responsible for managing the engineering team’s resources, ensuring that the team is properly staffed and that the team’s resources are allocated in the most effective manner.
