They must be knowledgeable about the various EMR systems and be able to provide instruction on how to use them. They must also be able to troubleshoot any issues that arise during training. They must be able to explain the features and functions of the EMR system and how to use them in a healthcare setting. They must also be able to provide support and guidance to healthcare professionals during the implementation of the EMR system. Job Skills Required
