Education: High School diploma or equivalent and (See Experience).

Excellent communication, customer service and collaboration skills. Knowledge of basic personnel principles. Computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Experience: One (1) year administrative experience.

Experience: Human Resources administrative support.

READING - Basic: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

WRITING - Basic: Ability to write simple correspondence.

Assists Studio Lab Manager with archiving events and exhibits through means of video and photography

Assists in maintenance of galleries both at the Visual Arts Center and at the Warde Academic Center?

Performs clerical tasks such as copying, filing, scanning, and typing documents

Assists in show installation and de-installation

Assists in packaging shows for shipment.

Assists in unloading and loading artists' vehicles when delivering or picking up work.

Preparation of materials and equipment prior to class.

Dismantling lab upon completion; cleaning, sterilizing, organizing, storing etc.

Maintain clean working conditions in prep room, labs, classrooms including restocking shelves and drawers.
