Employee Transportation Coordinator Jobs

Utilize Learning Management Systems to maintain training records and requirements, providing support to all facilities.

Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.

Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS), including administration, content development, and reporting.

Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences effectively.

Experience with eLearning authoring tools, preferably Articulate.

2+ years’ experience in transportation driving

Maintain a favorable working relationship with all company employees to foster and promote a positive working environment

Keep vehicle interiors/exteriors clean for passengers

Prepare and submit reports that include number of passenger trips, ridership, hours worked, mileage, and fuel consumption

Work closely with Fleet Mechanics to keep vehicles running or repairs completed in a timely manner

Proficient in proper and safe driving of vehicles

1-5 years’ experience with Credentialing/Privileging and Benefits Management, preferred.

Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.

Ability to prioritize workflow and continually reassess to manage tasks.

Excellent documentation, verbal and written communication, and record-keeping skills.

Remains abreast of the requirements for credentialing and privileging for COFMC.

Maintains up-to-date credentialing and privileging files for LIP, non-LIPs, and other clinical staff in compliance with HRSA, FTCA, and TJC requirements.

Bachelor's degree and / or equivalent combination of education/ experience / training in sustainable transportation.

Two years of related experience.

Working knowledge of U.S. Green Building Council rating systems.
