Assist the RemoteWorx Account Manager with client Reward Points budgets, policies, and procedures relevant to the platform incentivization program.

Sales Support (collaborate with the RemoteWorx sales team to maximize the client experience).

Experienced with social media (ability to create and manage on-platform posts).

Experience working remotely or in a virtual environment is a plus

Manage all daily member interactions and messaging on the Platform.

Manage platform onboarding for client teams.

Two years of assistant manager and employment customer service experience is required.

Be able to share general department operational knowledge.

Communicate all pertinent program information (incidents or injuries, needs, or concerns) to immediate supervisor or operations manager

Greet and welcome all participants, parents, and/or community members.

Ensure participants/visitors are present for a specific permitted event.

May be required to open, close and secure the building.
