Email Marketing Designer Jobs

BS in Graphic Design or a related field, or extensive real world experience

5+ years of full-time design experience

Collaborating with Marketing Director and Creative Director on various design projects

Designing a variety of print and digital marketing collateral

Creating and customizing compelling sales and marketing presentations

Maintain brand consistency in all designs

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Excellent communication skills, including demonstrated proficiency in oral, writing and presentation abilities in a business-focused setting.

1+ year experience working as a Designer.

Excellent design skills with the capacity to understand how the design translates into an effective email campaign.

Full knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent and responsive HTML/CSS coding of email templates.

Experience in testing to improve performance in new or existing campaigns.

Design and layout visually appealing stories.

A portfolio that displays a super high visual aesthetic.

Familiarity with Workfron a plus.

Compensation Range: $40 - 55 per hour

Proven experience as an email designer or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
