They also provide support to ELLs and their families, helping them to understand the educational system and advocating for their rights. Detailed Job Description An Ell Advocate is responsible for providing support to English Language Learners (ELLs) and their families. They work with teachers, administrators, and other school personnel to ensure that ELLs have access to the same educational opportunities as their peers. They also provide support to ELLs and their families, helping them to understand the educational system and advocating for their rights. Ell Advocates are responsible for monitoring the progress of ELLs, providing guidance and support to teachers and administrators, and developing and implementing strategies to ensure that ELLs receive the best possible education.
