Being active in the role when light lifting, sitting, standing, moving throughout the campus and traveling to other campuses as required.

Assists the Principal with evaluating technology policies, procedures, and processes in areas such as end-user support, data management, and network access.

2-5 years of teaching experience in educational technology, preferably in a K-12 environment.

Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace for Education.

Encourage students to discover computer science concepts and skills by creating personally relevant, tangible, and shareable projects.

Teach technology content focusing on computer skills, digital citizenship and literacy, and integration of creative tools.

Manages and resolves all technology-related issues promptly.

Work with community education programs to assist community members and parents in use of computers and other technologies.

Provide assistance to IT Department/Education Technology in district-wide training.

Perform simple maintenance and trouble-shooting procedures on equipment.

Assist in implementation of the district plan at a school level.

Collect and review an inventory of technology equipment an materials.

Act as a liaison for the school for technology vendors and companies.
