They must also be able to troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems and provide solutions. Detailed Job Description Electrician Leaders are responsible for leading a team of electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment. They must be able to read and interpret blueprints and schematics, and be knowledgeable in the use of electrical tools and equipment. They must also be able to troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems and provide solutions. They must be able to work with minimal supervision and be able to lead and motivate their team. They must also be able to ensure that all safety regulations are followed. Job Skills Required
• Knowledge of electrical systems and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Knowledge of electrical tools and equipment
