They are responsible for ensuring that all electrical work is completed safely and efficiently, and that all safety regulations are followed. They must also be able to troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems and provide solutions. Detailed Job Description Electrician Leaders are responsible for leading a team of electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment. They must be able to read and interpret blueprints and schematics, and be knowledgeable in the use of electrical tools and equipment. They must also be able to troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems and provide solutions. They must be able to work with minimal supervision and be able to lead and motivate their team.
