Collaborate with subject matter experts who provide the knowledge transfer to ensure appropriate course content and learner application.

Develops the interface that the learner will engage in during training to enhance the user experience and ensure accessibility.

Ability to develop instructional content compliant with Shareable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) and Section 508 Accessibility requirements.

Knowledge of the concepts, principles and practices in adult learning theory, instructional technology, instructional theory and practice.

Ability to coordinate with managers and employees to develop and implement training materials.

Organizational Skills, Strategic Thinking, Problem Solving/Analysis

Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems.

Knowledgeable in learning design principles and creating engaging content to illustrate basic to complex concepts and processes for adult learners.

Excellent written and verbal communication along with strong attention to detail and follow-through skills.

Assist the eLearning Manager with special projects, as needed.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.

3 years of experience working in instructional design, learning and development, or an eLearning role.

Experience with learning management system (LMS) administration.

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

Any equivalent combination of experience and training.

Experience with Articulate Studio, 360 and/or Storyline.

A conditional offer of employment will require submission of criminal history reports.
