Overview:
The EHS Lead is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of the organization’s Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs. This includes developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as providing guidance and support to all departments in the organization. The EHS Lead will also be responsible for conducting audits and inspections, and providing training and education to employees on EHS topics.Detailed Job Description:
• Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Lead the development of EHS programs and initiatives to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with EHS standards
• Provide guidance and support to all departments in the organization on EHS topics
• Develop and implement training and education programs for employees on EHS topics
• Monitor and review EHS performance and recommend corrective actions when necessary
• Maintain records and documentation related to EHS programs
• Investigate incidents and accidents and recommend corrective actions
• Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies

• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or other relevant certifications preferred

• Knowledge of EHS programs and initiatives
