Educational Operations Manager Jobs

oSignificant operations, project management, and production experience, with a strong detail orientation.

oExperience in leadership development and education.

Manage, analyze, and optimize the enrollment funnel.

Manage and report on payments during enrollment periods.

Manage all operational aspects of course delivery requiring coordination of multiple contributors on tight deadlines.

Educational and community software platforms

Serves as the project manager for 10+ assigned conferences/programs annually, working in close partnership with an Event Experience manager.

Excels in relationship management, identifies, recruits, supervises, and stewards 100+ faculty and volunteers throughout the year, including Trustees and Commissioners.

Demonstrates exceptional leadership/management, cooperatively and supportively, while working with all volunteers across all levels in the membership.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Association Management Systems, Online Event Platforms, Speaker Management Software and Learning Management Systems.

A demonstrated interest in advancing education in the non-profit sector.

Experience executing online meetings and following best practices in digital learning.

Proactively reach out to US school officials to cultivate Data Literacy program buy-in and connect educators to QuantHub education resources.

Develop and maintain good relationships with key stakeholders in the Department of Education and schools.

A bachelor’s degree or higher in education, communication, or marketing

Experience in sales or community outreach, developing a network or pipeline for a funded program.

A proven track record in effective and persuasive communication with experience presenting to decision-makers and providing implementation guidance.

Existing community involvement in STEM initiatives and/or equal access to STEM education.

• Developing and maintaining expert level knowledge of our products and services

• Experience using a CRM tool such as Salesforce and SalesLoft

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Effective with primarily a remote sales approach with the ability to support strategic meetings, as necessary
