Education Systems Improvement Facilitator Jobs

Experience selling, implementing, or managing SaaS/SASE/cloud/managed/on-prem offerings is a plus

Demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to influence through effective presentations and customer-specific demos, technical engagements, and workshops

Meeting and exceeding sales quotas by building and implementing strategic, technical account plans that target cross-platform solutions

Conducting discovery to understand and articulate the key technical, operational, and commercial imperatives of your prospects and customers

Planning and building compelling technical and business-focused solutions which drive adoption and growth after the initial sale and across the portfolio

Orchestrating supporting resources to ensure a one-team approach that demonstrates a cohesive strategy

Excellent organization and time management skills

Bachelor's degree in education or social science related fields such as psychology, sociology, public policy, or other social science related fields

Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously

These positions can be remote or located out of any AIR office location within the U.S.

The responsibilities for the position include:

Conduct literature reviews to support projects and proposals

Collaborate with the education department to offer knowledge and support on new programs or activities.

1-2 years experience in customer service work or education related field.

Some background knowledge or experience in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math).

Continually develop in-depth knowledge of all exhibits in order to have meaningful conversations with visitors and provide general museum guidance.

Facilitate existing and new educational programs as they are developed.

Handle and resolve guest concerns in a positive manner to provide an excellent visitor experience.

Other Degrees, Skills, Abilities, and Experiences of Interest

At least five-year’s experience as a special education director/leader in a medium to large school district

Team Management and Project Management (20%)

at least five-year’s experience as a special education director/leader in a medium to large school district

Minimum of master’s degree in Special Education, Education, or a related field

At least five-year’s experience as a special educator or related service provider
