With supervision, contributing to the financial management of subawards, and building foundational knowledge of donor and IREX compliance requirements.

Assisting in fiscal management activities in compliance with IREX and funder policies and regulations, such as reviewing financial reports.

1+ years of work experience. Work experience may include internships or part-time jobs, or a combination of both.

Administrative/office experience is beneficial, but not required.

Experience working in a multicultural and diverse environment.

Experience working on or interest in civil society, gender equality and social inclusion, human rights, advocacy, or other civic engagement topics.

Four years relevant clinical experience at a proficient to expert level of practice required.

Effective teaching and communication skills.

Strong meeting facilitation and group process skills.

Knowledge of performance excellence Lean principles; ability to apply performance excellence Lean process.

An academic degree in nursing is required (BSN or MSN/MN); master’s degree required, MSN/MN preferred.

Ability to work effectively in teams, and independently.

Three (3) years of primary/specialty ambulatory care and education experience focused on curriculum and staff development.

May provide supervision to other members of a nursing operational educational and development team; may participate in committees as appropriate.

Minimum two (2) years prior clinical experience in acute and/or non-acute care environment.

Masters degree in nursing or health-care related field.

Registered Nurse License (Washington) required at hire

Basic Life Support required at hire

Excellent project-management skills, with an ability to prioritize competing demands.

Knowledge of the Sentencing Reform Act of 1984 and the functions of the United States Sentencing Commission.

Experience or aptitude as a trainer or instructor.

Experience in developing instructor-led training programs and materials.

Experience with techniques of assessing training needs for training programs.

Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
