1-3 years’ industry experience as an Product Education Specialist instructional designer, content writer or tech writer

Review, Rewrite and redesign current training & education materials

Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences

Experience working with learning platforms (LMS/LXP/KMS)

Experience with Product, Product Marketing, Customer Success or Marketing, preferably in a SaaS and Retail Tech environment

Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
