Ability to apply sound management decision making skills to perform effectively in the absence of management

Identify data anomalies or variations and report issues to management

Escalate detailed project risks and issues to management of the project business units, IT, and project manager.

Communicate issues, concepts and criteria clearly to department management

Informs management of any issues impacting the reporting structure and present resolutions including resources and barriers

Prioritizes tasks and time management, sometimes under strict time constraints (applies to All Levels)

Excellent medical domain knowledge and work experience

Translator tool knowledge and experience e.g Gentran, TLE etc

Knowledge and experience with tools such as Rabbit MQ, MuleSoft, IBM B2B Sterling Integrator (nice to have)

Experience in ETL/Data Warehousing skills

o IT Service Management (ITSM)

Has a history of edi coordination and/or project management experience.

Has a history of technical requirements gathering, specifically with 200 series edi and XML.

Experience in logistics and/or supply chain.

Demonstrated ability to gather and interpret data requirements and communicate these requirements clearly and effectively to a developer.

Backend TMS testing experience is a plus.

We need a resource that is excellent in written and verbal communication.

Prior experience in revenue cycle management, healthcare, software and/or healthcare EDI required

Structured Query Language (SQL) technical skills experience

Equivalent combination of education and professional experience will be considered

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

What education and experience do you need?

A combination of the following education and experience factors will be considered:

5 years of experience in data analysis, management, integration and reporting (Levels 3 - 4)

Advanced knowledge of programming, database systems, and data management.

Synthesize complex or diverse information, collect and research data, use intuition and experience to complement data, work flows and procedures.

Translate business needs into technical solutions with knowledge of programming languages (SQL, C# or VB.net, ETL, SOA, and OLAP).

Working knowledge of specific trading partner process flow.

Working knowledge of various application integration for EDI. i.e. Portal, IVR, console apps, etc.
