Edge Youth Program Specialist Jobs in California

Knowledge of effective practices in nonprofit management and strong understanding of community-based organizations

Participate in strategy implementation by developing funding requirements, coordinating connections between grantees within a strategy as needed, and convening grantees.

One year (12 months) of professional experience performing programmatic assessment of children and youth programs. (EXCYP12), AND

Comprehensive knowledge of youth development, principles, and practices; and youth organizations throughout San Francisco.

Experience interacting effectively with San Francisco's diverse communities.

Excellent writing and communication skills.

Some college in the educational/social services field or equivalent years of related work experience required.

Strong digital literacy skills, particularly in MS Office applications and experience with databases.

Collect and track student data relating to the extent to which they are meeting grade level requirements;

Bachelor’s Degree in the educational/social services field preferred.

Experience working with youth in a school setting strongly preferred;

Experience working with refugees, asylees, and/or immigrant populations strongly preferred;
