ROLE SUMMARY:

The General Manager will oversee all daily operations of Bear Restaurant. The General Manager manages all front-of-house (FOH) team members and works closely with the Executive Chef and the Director of Food and Beverage in order to showcase Bear’s exceptional cuisine with heartfelt and individual service.

The starting salary range for this position is $100,000 - $110,000. This is the pay range for this position that Stanly Ranch reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.
