Must be able to pick up equipment from client site and work remote from home

Must have RELIABLE internet at home

Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience is required

Knowledge of computers and phones

Must be skilled in Excel, Word, and Outlook

Must complete skills testing at the Richmond Elwood branch and have passing scores

3+ years of analytical experience in merchandise planning or inventory management.

Strong organizational and time management skills; able to effectively manage multiple priorities.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

Familiarity or experience with ladder or replenishment planning.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required, including v-lookups, pivot tables, logic formulas, and basic macros.

A firm understanding of how to use data to drive decisions and communicate business needs effectively.

Manage content syndication tool (Syndigo & Salsify) requests for added capabilities/ reports, onboarding of new accounts and all user training.

Time management (team tracks launches, meeting deadlines is very important)

Coordinate & Implement retailer content needs, creative requirements and technical requirements within required timelines to successfully publish new item content.

Execute A+ content requirements and account specific execution to ensure content is optimized for all products (new and legacy).

Opportunity to help manage & maintain search central database to drive search ranking across top ecommerce accounts.

1-3 years of business experience in eCommerce (Preferred but not necessary)

• Learn Digital advertising spend management

• E-Commerce SEO and Catalog Development

• Provide support to the E-commerce team as needed

• Strong attention to detail

• Proficiency with Excel and/or Google Sheets

• Interested in Equestrian Industry is a plus but not required!

Ideally, you have previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles.

Essential: You possess firsthand experience selling on eBay.

Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling you to effortlessly connect and build rapport with individuals through Zoom.

Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations for eCommerce sellers via Zoom.

Address pre-sale inquiries and gather valuable feedback to enhance the product's functionality.

Leverage various sales automation tools such as Zoom, Slack, Monday, Intercom, and others.

Excellent computer skills, proficient use of Microsoft Office applications, customer relationship management, and work management software.

Employs sales tactics and strategies to sell the capabilities of Western States Equipment Company to existing and potential customers.

Communicates with other team members to ensure a consistent, predictable, and repeatable experience for customers.

Analyzes all customer data to identify up sell opportunities and increase customer awareness of WSECO capabilities.

Promotes and manages marketing campaigns designed to drive business into assigned areas.

Conveys customer expectations to internal employees to exceed the expected customer experience.
