Early College Programs Director Jobs in West Virginia

Oversee the entire Chancellor’s Leadership Development Program (CLDP) including recruitment, selection, and scholarship management;

Manage the logistical and administrative aspects of the CLDP, including budget management for the program;

Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in a student-facing role within an educational field.

Provide consistent and constructive 365 feedback to students, with a focus on enhancing their self-reflection and values-based leadership skills;

Other responsibilities and duties, as assigned.

Demonstrated experience planning and implementing leadership development programming for college students;

Master’s Degree preferred, in Student Affairs, Counseling, or Higher Education fields, with experience working with first-generation and/or rural students

Manage the coordination, facilitation, and execution of CLDP social and service programs

Experience working with first-generation and/or rural students

Experience with leadership and student programming

Experience supporting administrative program planning, deliverables and implementation, experience with leadership and student programming

Provide overall support for the Chancellor’s Leadership Development Program and other programs within SLC College Programs functional area
