Early Childhood Director Jobs in Pennsylvania

Experienced project manager/leader with a demonstrated track record of completing projects on time and within budget.

Minimum 3 years of people management, providing direction, feedback, coaching, mentoring, and holding the team accountability for results.

Help draft and update core education documents related to the philosophy and pedagogical approach of the Goddard program.

Master’s Degree (required) in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Education or a related field.

1-2 years managing/leading (directly or indirectly) education teams and large projects.

Oversee the development of Goddard’s high-quality, exclusive early childhood program.

Experienced in people management and conflict resolution

Lancaster City knowledge and experience gained through working or living in the community (preferred)

Collaboratively spearheading staff recruitment, hiring, training, benefit, and retention efforts

Supporting the development of center budget and ensuring that funding, contract, and reporting requirements are met fully

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Early Childhood Education, Family Relations/Child Development, or related field (Master’s Degree preferred)

8 years of experience as an ECE teacher and leader
