Travel demand modeling experience (Cube, TransCAD, and/or VISUM)

2-4 years of professional transportation planning experience

Experience with Cube and/or TransCAD scripting

Collect, compile, review, and organize data for planning studies

Write and edit reports under the direction of task leads or project managers

Manage and resolve daily shipment exceptions in a timely and cost-effective manner.

1-3 years industry experience, specifically in Transportation planning, scheduling, or carrier operations

Ability to understand & manage data reports while owning performance metrics that drive business results

Experience in Fulfilment or Distribution centers and working with carriers and 3PLs.

Experience with Transportation Management Systems

BA/BS degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field

2+ years of related experience and/or training OR equivalent combination of education and experience

1+ years of experience in a customer service or coordinator role

Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office

Experience in the consumer product goods (CPG) industry

OR an equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities may be acceptable.

Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Access is a must. Knowledge of GIS, Visio and Microsoft Projects is a plus.

Knowledge of Sandia's facility and operational policies, practices, and procedures.

Education-based experience reading and interpreting plan documents or drawings.

A casual office atmosphere, flexible work schedules, and telework options depending on the position’s requirements

Experience analyzing data. Activities may include creating written reports or summaries using directly sourced data inputs, writing an investigation, etc.

Experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access or similar product, to document work activities or create work products.

Experience collaborating with a diverse group of stakeholders including internal and external parties.
