Overview The Early Career Talent Management Specialist is responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract, retain, and develop early career talent. This role will work closely with the Talent Acquisition and Talent Management teams to ensure that the organization is able to identify, hire, and retain the best early career talent. Detailed Job Description The Early Career Talent Management Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract, retain, and develop early career talent. This role will work closely with the Talent Acquisition and Talent Management teams to ensure that the organization is able to identify, hire, and retain the best early career talent. The Early Career Talent Management Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to identify and attract early career talent, including developing and executing recruitment campaigns, managing job postings, and attending job fairs and other events. The Early Career Talent Management Specialist will also be responsible for developing and executing strategies to retain and develop early career talent, including developing and executing onboarding and development programs, providing career coaching and mentoring, and managing performance reviews. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment and/or talent management
• Experience in developing and executing recruitment campaigns
• Experience in developing and executing onboarding and development programs
• Experience in providing career coaching and mentoring
• Experience in managing performance reviews
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of recruitment and talent management best practices
• Knowledge of early career talent development strategies
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Job Experience
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment and/or talent management
• Experience in developing and executing recruitment campaigns
