The Early Career Talent Management Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to identify and attract early career talent, including developing and executing recruitment campaigns, managing job postings, and attending job fairs and other events. The Early Career Talent Management Specialist will also be responsible for developing and executing strategies to retain and develop early career talent, including developing and executing onboarding and development programs, providing career coaching and mentoring, and managing performance reviews. • Experience in managing performance reviews
