Eap Psychologist Jobs in Utah

Has at least 2 year of experience providing treatment to clients.

You will be responsible for providing services to Utah Department of Corrections inmates with convictions for sexual offenses.

Some evaluations may be conducted at the Davis County Jail as needed.

Doctorate degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D) in Psychology from an accredited institution (degree will be verified).

Current Utah license as a Psychologist.

Develops treatment plans to help clients mobilize inner capacities and resources to improve social functioning.

Doctorate degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D) in Psychology. Education must be obtained from an accredited institution. Degree will be verified.

Experience in a behavioral health outpatient setting.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

Assesses the patient's medical history, mental health history, and current presentation to understand the patient's needs from treatment.

Diagnoses and treats various mental, emotional and behavioral disorders.

Provides treatment based on patient need and evidenced based interventions.

High proficiency in statistical computing, data management programming, and coding logic

Advanced proficiency in data management software highly desired, particularly in the program R

Proficiency in or strong aptitude for other data management, coding, and/or visualization tools (e.g. Python, R-Shiny, Tableau)

Good writing and verbal presentation skills

Ability to meet the minimum requirements for joining CIA , including U.S. citizenship and a background investigation

Experience in any of the following areas:

Four years of consulting experience to business is required

Clinical, Counseling and I/O Psychology applicants are welcome

Ability/willingness to travel is required (relocation not required)

Program development and evaluation skills.

Demonstrated human relation and effective communication skills.

One year experience in psychotherapy, group or family therapy within a clinical setting.

Experience with hospital- based psychological practices (inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization and / or outpatient).

Experience with individual, family, and group psychotherapy; and a variety of assessment experiences including intellectual, neuropsychological, and affective/behavioral assessment.

Ability to write job descriptions using job analysis information sufficient to describe job functions, duties, responsibilities, and requirements/qualifications needed at entry.

Knowledge of job analytic techniques sufficient to identify potential methodologies for collecting job data and make recommendations regarding the appropriate application.

Skill using statistical analysis software such as SPSS to conduct analyses such as descriptive, correlations, regressions and significance testing.

Uses standard operating procedures (SOPs), guidelines, and training materials for job classification and evaluation processes, policies, and methods.

You must be a U.S. Citizen or have permanent resident alien status.

Must submit to a Moderate Background Investigation (MBI) or Tier 2 investigation.

Possess current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an American Heart Association
