Strong working knowledge of the company's Electronic Medical Records and Practice Management software is required

Ability to deliver appropriate training to individuals with markedly different educational and skill levels

Perform software customizations, ranging from basic to complex, in accordance to clients requirements

Independently manage client communication including, but not limited to, ensuring accurate and timely follow-up to Client questions and issues

College Degree preferred and a minimum of 3 years of applicable work experience in training electronic medical records and billing software

Ability to manage classes of up to 10+ students

Minimum three years graduate level experience, providing direct service in behavioral health setting including assessment and case management

Obtains and records intake case information in Care Management System

Provide other Employee Assistance services as assigned including case management of special needs, high risk and company –initiated referrals

Miscellaneous duties as assigned by Director or Executive management

Receive and respond to intake calls

Explains role of EAP and confidentiality

Update and enter clinical notes in care management database

Determine member eligibility and benefit coverage and triage as appropriate

3+ years of clinical experience, POST Master's

2+ years of experience with Windows PC applications, must be able to type and navigate around multiple systems, using multiple screens

2+ years of experience working with Adult Crisis population

Experience supporting an Employee Assistance Program

Update and enter clinical notes in care management database

Determine member eligibility and benefit coverage and triage as appropriate

2+ years of clinical experience in a mental health/clinical setting

2+ years of experience with Windows PC application, must be able to type and navigate around multiple systems, using multiple screens

Call Center experience or experience building rapport, assessing and addressing risk, and developing goals with members in a telephonic, and/or online

Experience working with Adult Crisis population
