Relationship Management: lead and develop remote team members and DSO Team Leads, to foster positive rapport with clients for continued partnership.

Resource Management: Oversee the allocation and utilization of resources, including personnel, capacity and training.

Compliance and Regulations: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and proper revenue cycle management tactics.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks within KPIs and develop contingency plans to mitigate them, ensuring business continuity and overall client success.

Invoicing Management: prepare and implement team’s invoicing, to allow for payroll reconciliation and address invoicing concerns as needed.

Ability to pivot, prioritize, strategize and create solutions for the company in relation to DSO revenue cycle management services.

Experience using electronic training, flight planning and in-flight publications (EFB)

Manage the operation and functions of the vertical wind tunnel

As needed, perform CSR responsibilities such as, check-in guests, confirm flyer reservations, answer incoming sales calls, stock merchandise, and process refunds.

Safety – Promote customer safety throughout their time in the wind tunnel and facility

Sales – Sell return visits and other exciting flight opportunities per company guideline

Meet and greet customers with world class customer service

Outstanding attention to detail, and strong planning and organizational skills including time management, collaboration and business analysis skills.

PC literacy required; MS Office skills.

Ability to work in a secure remote environment.

Skilled at working independently, demonstrated resourcefulness, and requiring little oversight.

Demonstrate knowledge of Current Dental Terminology ("CDT") codes and dental nomenclature.

Participates on assigned committees and meetings to provide ongoing feedback using market conditions, industry trends, and DSO insights.
