This position is responsible for providing assistance to clients in the areas of eligibility, benefits, and other services. Detailed Job Description The DSHs ESA Customer Service Specialist 2 is responsible for providing customer service to clients of the Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS). This position is responsible for providing assistance to clients in the areas of eligibility, benefits, and other services. The Customer Service Specialist 2 will answer questions, provide information, and assist clients in completing applications and other forms. The Customer Service Specialist 2 will also provide assistance to clients in navigating the DSHS system, including providing guidance on how to access services and resources. The Customer Service Specialist 2 will also provide support to other staff in the department, as needed. Job Skills Required
