As a world-class company we are looking for Non-CDL Delivery Truck Drivers based in Charlotte, NC

Shuttle and Delivery routes covering a 7-day operation.

5-day work week with 2 days off together

Follow a checklist to inspect your vehicle before and after driving

Work consistent full or part-time hours

Safely load and unload passengers and their luggage up to 50 lbs

Interact with Groome customers with a professional and positive attitude

Understand and follow safe driving guidelines and practices

Willing to learn and use company handheld technology

HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred. Specialized skills training/certification may be required. Generally 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility.

Provides feedback to management on escalated customer service and sales-related issues.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities

Prior experience delivering merchandise to customers using a box truck or similar vehicle.

1+ years of experience operating material handling equipment.

No more than 2 minor accidents in the past rolling 3 years.

HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred. Specialized skills training/certification may be required. Generally 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility.

Drive flatbed dump truck to delivery mulch orders

Complete customer (commercial & residential) deliveries for our Bradenton Lakewood Ranch location (non-CDL)

Demonstrate Sunshine Ace’s famous customer service

Ability to safely load, unload and move products in an efficient manner and in the customer’s best interest

Good written and verbal communication skills

2 plus years warehouse, delivery or driving experience

2 plus years appliance installation experience

Experience in Appliance, furniture, HVAC, or plumbing delivery

Organize and load vehicle with all products set for delivery.

Operate a company provided truck safely, complete safety and maintenance checks.

At least 1 year of general work experience

Customer service and cash handling experience preferred
