Experience with computerized document management systems

Bachelor's degree with four to five years of management experience of technical staff (drafters and/or engineers).

Experience in data analysis and data management.

Tracks expenditures and revenue to ensure cost effective management of resources.

Manages and directs the data management systems for UWF.

Experience with graphical program languages

Research and locate accurate plans and drawings and provide copies to District project management, engineering, real estate, or other staff.

Maintain regular and predictable attendance. Perform related duties and responsibilities as required.

Typically requires one (1) year experience performing engineering drafting or similar duties using AutoCAD based software.

A working knowledge of drafting terminology, principles, techniques, and equipment.

Ability to use drafting instruments skillfully and accurately.

Prepare and maintain architectural, civil, electrical, mechanical, and structural engineering drawings as assigned. Retrieve, collect, and file drawings.
