Applying knowledge of record management laws, regulations, rule, policy and procedures; AND
Applying knowledge of the complete records process and content management framework that supports the entire life cycle of agency record; AND
Provides expert records management guidance and assistance to FEMA personnel regarding the Department's efforts specific to records management.
Conducting records management program activities with both internal and external partners.
Current federal employees must meet time-in-grade requirements.
