Document Preparation Clerk Jobs in Texas

Selective Certification Requirement - Driver's License:

Communication: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Accurately files all client documents and paperwork in physical and electronic files. Consistently maintains and organizes the file room(s).

Identifies and prepares closed files for off-site storage or destruction.

Copies and scan immigration petitions for filing with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services ("USCIS").

Prepares Federal Express shipping labels, tracks packages to ensure delivery and resolves delivery exception issues with Federal Express.

Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Prep Lead Card Rejects for Data Entry

Provide backup support to Prep and Pull’s clerks

Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented approach to work

Previous document imaging experience a plus

Knowledge of Onbase Client a plus
