Overview Dock Worker Associates are responsible for loading and unloading cargo from trucks, ships, and other vehicles. They must be able to lift and move heavy items, operate forklifts, and use other equipment to safely move cargo. They must also be able to accurately document and track cargo, and follow safety protocols. Job Qualifications

• Knowledge of forklift operation
