Overview The Division Compensation Director is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the compensation programs for a division of a company. This includes developing and administering salary, bonus, and incentive programs, as well as developing and managing the division's total rewards strategy. The Division Compensation Director must have a strong understanding of the company's compensation philosophy, policies, and procedures, and must ensure that the division's compensation programs are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Detailed Job Description The Division Compensation Director is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the compensation programs for a division of a company. This includes developing and administering salary, bonus, and incentive programs, as well as developing and managing the division's total rewards strategy. The Division Compensation Director must have a strong understanding of the company's compensation philosophy, policies, and procedures, and must ensure that the division's compensation programs are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The Division Compensation Director will also be responsible for conducting job evaluations, analyzing market data, and developing salary ranges and salary structures. The Division Compensation Director will also be responsible for developing and managing the division's performance management and recognition programs. Job Skills Required

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in compensation and/or total rewards
• Professional certification in compensation and/or total rewards (e.g., CCP, GRP, etc.)
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
