Required Skills, Experience, and Competencies

Virtual education experience, including strong understanding of how to implement online learning programs

Develop, maintain and implement Family Engagement Sessions for clients to promote enrollment in their educational programs.

Effectively manage project plans and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met

Bachelor’s degree in education or related field, preferred

Customer service and prior people management experience preferred

Assist District Manager with training associates (Service Valets)

Communicate with District Manager concerning delays, unsafe sites, accidents, and other maintenance problems

Provide oversight of the nightly collection process during District Manager days off

Assist the District Manager with coordinating work schedules, evaluating job performance and motivating associates (Service Valets)

Support for continued education through tuition reimbursement
