Provides direction to Plant Managers to ensure efficiency, quality, service, and cost- effective management of resources.
Recommends management development and necessary training programs for all direct reports
Ability to manage an empowered workforce; must be able to lead by example and have good coaching skills and be approachable
Ten (10) or more years of experience in aggregates, operations preferred
Knowledgeable in MSHA regulations and compliance.
