2+ years of Warehouse Management Systems experience

Manage all aspects of the regional distribution center network for Store replenishment and eCommerce.

Builds and maintains budgets, financial reporting and goals in partnership with Finance, Distribution Operations, and Supply Chain Leadership.

Creates a positive diverse and inclusive work environment focused on positive reinforcement and clear accountabilities.

5+ years of demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing supervisors in the areas of business, military or related fields.

10+ years of logistics, operational, warehouse, inventory and customer service experience.

Champion new warehouse management system (WMS) to meet current and future operational requirements, collaborating with IT and external partners

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or Operations Management, or related field and/or work experience

7+ years of direct management experience in a retail, automated, distribution center environment

Manage a team of salaried and hourly associates, including recruiting, training, coaching, and performance management

Develop and implement procedures for inventory management and controls

Familiarity working with warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software and technologies

Proficiency in Excel and Word; experienced with general software applications; familiarity with Warehouse Management System functionality.

Ten years’ experience in distribution, logistics, and management.

Guides distribution center management team in developing action plans for conducting internal analysis and identification of operational gaps.

Monitors distribution center budget on a monthly basis and provides expense rationale; assists DC Manager in developing annual budget.

Strong analytical and math skills; strong attention to detail.

Knowledge of specific individual operations within the distribution center.

Use computer and warehouse management software to log, track and report data

Monitor employee productivity and accuracy to ensure efficiency

Support compliance with all appropriate policies, procedures and rules

Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times

Ability to handle a fast paced environment
