Recruit, hire, train, evaluate, and coach DC team members
Utilize the progressive discipline policy to address team member performance issues in an appropriate and timely manner
Delegate tasks as needed and follow-up with team members to ensure that tasks are being completed
Hands-on execution of all daily operations
