Minimum 1 year of finance related experience in an office environment.

Accurate data entry. Strong organizational skills. Bi-lingual preferred.

Manage flow of information throughout the day, faxes, copying, telephone, etc.

Provide admin support to Sales Center Manager and other leaders as assigned.

Remote punch audit tracking to ensure compliance with audit frequency.

Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Proven experience as a General Manager or Manager of Operations in the sales industry.

Manage and oversee all aspects of the company's operations, including sales distribution, client calls, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.

Create and manage budgets, accounting, and financials to ensure the company's profitability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Strong knowledge of sales distribution processes and strategies.
