They must ensure that all dishes, utensils, and other kitchen equipment are clean and sanitized before being returned to the kitchen. They must also ensure that all kitchen areas are kept clean and organized. Dishwasher Stewards must also be able to identify and report any broken or damaged equipment to the appropriate personnel.
