Overview A Dish Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining the dishwashing machines in a restaurant or other food service establishment. They are responsible for ensuring that dishes, utensils, and other items are cleaned and sanitized according to health and safety regulations. Detailed Job Description Dish Machine Operators are responsible for operating and maintaining dishwashing machines in a restaurant or other food service establishment. They must ensure that dishes, utensils, and other items are cleaned and sanitized according to health and safety regulations. They must also monitor the temperature of the water used in the dishwashing machines and adjust it as needed. Additionally, they may be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing the dishwashing area, as well as restocking the dishwashing area with clean dishes, utensils, and other items. Job Skills Required

• Ability to operate and maintain dishwashing machines

Job Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a restaurant or other food service establishment
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
