SAGE Dining Services® is seeking a dish machine operator to join an amazing team in the Redding California area. Do you enjoy working as part of a team and keeping things clean and organized? If so, you might be the perfect candidate for our dishwasher position! We are a private school that serves nutritious and delicious meals to our students and staff.

Schedule

• 12:30 p.m. - 9 p.m.
• Evening, weekends, and catering events
• 5 days a week, rotating shifts

Pay Type

$16.00 - $16.50 Hourly

What You'll Do

• Dispose of waste and maintain a clean kitchen, properly washing and sorting soiled utensils, dishes and pots.
• Clean, restock, and replenish serving lines and stations to ensure our guests enjoy an exquisite dining experience.
• Set up and break down the dish machine and sanitize equipment in the kitchen.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members and provide service with a smile!

What You'll Need

• Prior commercial dishwashing experience preferred, however, we can teach any motivated individual.
• Ability to understand and apply FIFO inventory procedures.
• Ability to keep all stock areas neat and clean.
