Highly proficient with The Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA)

Define and develop the strategy around diversity-focused initiatives centered on supporting accessibility, accommodations, and disability inclusion across the firm

Drives global diversity communications strategy

5+ years with focus on disability diversity and inclusion initiatives

Manage a Teams channel, a platform for knowledge sharing, where participants can exchange information and resources.

Support expense tracking and resources management.

Previous work experience would be an advantage but is not a requirement.

Participate in dialogue sessions with participants to assess their experiences and identify areas for improvement.

Knowledge of disability inclusion is required.

Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages would be necessary.
