Director Of Youth Development Jobs

5+ years program and/or people management experience working in an education or childcare environment

Ability to handle multiple tasks, work independently, problem solve and possess effective time management skills

Prior people AND program management experience

Develop, implement, and manage operating plans to promote program growth, program impact and safety for the YMCA.

Manage registrations, rosters, record keeping, etc.

Conduct pilots for new programs; develop plans and manage best practices through engagement of the staff team.

Strong experience using data to monitor program outcomes; Have strong budgeting and fiscal skills.

Experience required with special education, education team meetings, and student advocacy.

Computer Skills - excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365

In addition to responsibilities below, performs all other duties as assigned.

Serve as the Tutoring Provider liaison, and ensure all tutoring invoices for all educational programs are paid on time each month.

Have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with community and governmental stakeholders.
