Required Education, Knowledge, Experience, and Skills

Effective time management and organizational skills

Understanding and adhering to accreditation standards, agency policy, and licensing requirements.

Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, education, or human services

Six years of related experience, four of which must be supervisory

Experience with customer and personal service

Develop and implement support plan for funded Clubs including managing pass-through opportunities, MOU’s, contract and deliverables management, and ongoing project support.

Project manage combined Youth Advocacy funding opportunities including budgets, alignment of Clubs and deliverables, and reporting mechanisms.

Bachelor’s degree in Political Science or a related area or equivalent experience

Working knowledge of Government policy processes.

Experience utilizing grassroots, grasstops, digital and media advocacy tactics and innovative strategies.

Travel estimated at 15% (can be 3-5 days or more in a month - including weekends - depending upon scheduling requirements).
