Line management responsibilities in providing oversight and mentorship of a small number of Value Demonstration team members

Ensuring close management to agreed objectives throughout the project process, identifying and responding to changes in scope as appropriate.

Extensive experience (10+ years) in the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry, including but not necessarily limited to evidence-based communication, HEOR and market access

Project strategy and leadership experience in relation to projects and project teams

Previous experience in a consultancy environment

Commercial acumen and proven consultancy skills

7+ years of experience in managed care, quality improvement, or government program management.

Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and deliver results.

Experience with project management tools.

Responsible for value-based care program maintenance, including things like provider roster management, government program database entry, and tactical performance.

Develop tactical plans to ensure consistent deployment of ACO REACH education and program implementation across markets.

Manage and facilitate periodic reports, as well as any necessary ad hoc reports, to provide insight into REACH performance.

You will also assume other responsibilities as assigned by the Value-Based Care Advisor

2+ years experience in clinical or vendor relevant experience, preferably in Ophthalmology, Dermatology, and Ambulatory Surgery Centers

Experience in EHR(s) such as Nextech (Ophthalmology or Dermatology), Nextgen, EyeMD, iMedicWare, Modernizing Medicine EMA, Epic, Cerner, and Allscripts

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms

This role can be remote, but candidates are preferred to be located within the Eastern time zone

3+ years of experience in finance, data, and/or software engineering capacity

3+ years of experience in one or more of the following disciplines: Statistics, Quantitative Finance, and Software Engineering

Able to seamlessly switch between research, development, and product management

Manage release, rollout, and deployment of data-related products

Strong experience in SQL for querying databases

Develop new tools and improve existing tools used to create and test OpenInvest’s investment methodologies

Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to present complex information in an understandable and compelling manner

Prepare a variety of reports including statistical analyses for stakeholders to assist with decision-making and tracking accountability.

Respond to Ad hoc reporting requests by creating reports as needed for specific situations.

Support acquisition and implementation of new information sources, data collection strategies, data governance, and analytics.

Help staff with data manipulation and analytic methods to improve analytic deliverables when required.

Bachelor’s Degree with concentration in health informatics, computing, epidemiology, statistics, or related field

Develops then oversees weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc management reports and analysis including:

Oversees tracking and reconciliation of variances in capitation and care management fee arrangements

Create proactive analyses comparing company results to industry data to evaluate program performance for internal management and internal clients

· Requires 7+ years of healthcare finance experience

Planning and Organizing/ Work Management

Enhances and refines databases to improve reporting and analysis capabilities

Maintains a comprehensive working knowledge of company’s electronic health record and population management system workflow

Education / Experience / Skills

Ability to interact with executive management

Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Actuarial Science, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration or related field required

Knowledge of Medicare Advantage plans, MSSP Accountable Care Organizations (ACO) and Commercial ACOs a plus

Knowledge/use of analytic tools (e.g. Lightbeam, Excel, SQL, Access, SAS)
