Master’s degree in the related field of research along with a good knowledge of Sales and Marketing.PhD a plus

Essential Duties/Responsibilities (but not limited to):

Collaborate across the organization to integrate TL insights into sales strategies, product development, and executive team business decisions.

Support sales enablement initiatives for internal sales department and a franchise network of nearly 200

Successful strategic account management experience

Requires a Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years of biopharmaceutical sales experience

Cardiology experience is a plus

Strong knowledge of the evolving patient and provider landscape

Working knowledge of compliant and ethical business practices

Specialty or rare disease launch experience is desired

Excellent collaboration skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and manage complexity.

Ensure compliant, fair-balanced, and effective message delivery within all promotional educational channels (i.e., speaker programs, product theaters, exhibitor spotlights, etc.)

Support and align with the contracting, training, and on-going educational efforts with contracted promotional speakers

Minimum of 10 years of related Marketing experience in specialty or rare disease marketing.

Minimum of 5 years with progressive leadership experience.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to utilize those within broader narratives and explanations
