Manage and develop talent of a team of analysts

7+ years of experience in proxy voting and company engagement or in related field

Exceptionally strong written and verbal communications skills with an engaging personality. Ability to present information in an organized and clear fashion.

Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work independently and within a team setting.

Develop and implement SSGA’s asset stewardship sustainability positions and conduct research and analysis of sustainability related issues

Participate in sustainability related company engagements and provide input to sustainability-related voting activities

Experience with complex project management including stakeholders from various teams (e.g., program, finance, data) that led to results

Strong project management of timelines and teammates to gather data and key information required in grant proposals and reports.

Manage efficient and smart systems through maintaining up to date activities, campaigns, opportunities and account information in Salesforce and Asana.

2+ years of work experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven storytelling ability

Learns quickly and manages large volumes of feedback on a regular basis

Experience with ecological land management principles.

Experience, coursework, or other training in conservation practices, land management, forestry and/or natural resource conservation and/or science.

Multi-lingual skills and multi-cultural experience appreciated.

Qualification as a FFT 1 or SRB (see http://www.tncfiremanual.org/Firefighter.htm), and experience participating in prescribed fires or wildfires.

BA/BS/AS/Technical or vocational degree in science-related field and 1 year related experience.

Experience operating equipment in a safe and efficient manner (e.g. lawn mower, chainsaw, tractor, two-way radio).
