Sr Pm Director Of Sector Operations Jobs in New York

Partner with cross-functional teams, such as development, product, customer support and release management to integrate quality processes throughout the SDLC

In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices, including both manual and automated testing

Strong understanding of software development processes, such as Agile or Scrum, and experience working in a continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) environment

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders

Client-facing experience in a business-to-government (B2G) environment or in the public sector; ideally has experience with business development and account management

Manage key accounts and maintain customer satisfaction through understanding their current and future needs and acting as a trusted advisor

7+ years of experience in a strategic or operations role, or experience supporting executive teams

Experience leading complex cross-functional projects and toggling between strategic and detail modes seamlessly

Experience leading, influencing, and driving results with stakeholders at all levels of an organization

Knowledge of public safety is a plus!
